Yoga

Yoga classes are daily from 9-10am and 5-6pm.

Monika’s passion is Yoga and her teachings makes you smile and enjoy the moment. She studied with many different teachers and followed in India Sri Sri Yoga courses.
Her style is gentle though strengthening, for beginners and advance practitioners.

In the last ten years Monika has completed many basic courses of the Art of Living in Europe and Africa, advanced courses with days of silence in Africa and India, and encountered a few personal meetings with the founder of the Art of Living, HH Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Monika qualified as an Art of Living teacher in April 2009 and gives the basic course herself.

Inspired by Guruji (Sri Sri Ravi Shankar), experiencing what the daily practice of Art of Living benefits her and her family, she strongly felt the need to offer the knowledge and the practice to all people who are interested in enjoying life, living stress free, and having a smile on their faces!

We have also two local teachers, Morris and Kelly. Both have finished their teacher training courses in South Africa and Nairobi. Kelly is trained by Africa Yoga Project a fantastic project which promotes yoga for locals to empower and strengthens the community
